DELIVERIES:

Items ordered before the Delivery Cutoff Time from one of our Branch Warehouses, will be shipped to our Glendale Warehouse that day and loaded on your normal delivery truck, for Next Day Delivery.

EXAMPLE:

If you order a part at 10:45am on a Monday from our Richmond Hill Branch Warehouse, you will receive that part Tuesday with your Normal Delivery. If you were to order that part from Richmond Hill after 12pm(noon), you will receive it on Wednesday with your normal delivery.

IMPORTANT:

You CANNOT order parts for delivery from one of our Branch Warehouses if we are showing Quantity Available in Glendale (the Main Warehouse) The system will not allow this.

SHIP TO:

You can ship parts to a certain Prime Pick-Up Warehouse. This is used when your store may receive a later delivery than your local Prime Pick-Up Warehouse does. You can pick up the part and get it to your customer earlier if this is convenient for you.
